Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

US orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Returns

To request a return, email sovasart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please do not send an item back before receiving return approval by email.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a trackable service is recommended.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email sovasart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 25% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Final Sale

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
